Dough Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 30 grams butter
- 40 grams Oat Fiber
- 150 grams Vital Wheat Gluten
- 50 grams Almond Flour
- 50 grams Golden Flaxseed Meal
- 4 tbsp Keto Friendly Sweetener
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum
- 1 cup Warm Water
- 1 tsp Honey (yeast food!)
- 1 1/2 tbsp Instant Dry Yeast
Filling Ingredients
- 1 lb beef shank or chicken thigh or pork shoulder - minced
- Black pepper and 3 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 egg white
- 2-3 tbsp shoyu or soy sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 10 grams chopped fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp five spice powder
- 2 tbsp shoyu or soy sauce
- 2 tbsp keto friendly sweetener
- 1 tsp salt
- sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
