- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

- 1 Egg, whisked and gently warmed
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 20 g Oat Fiber
- 32 g Almond Flour
- 95 g Vital Wheat Gluten
- 30 g Golden Flaxseed Meal
- 15 g Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener
- 3 g Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Xanthan Gum
- 1/2 Cup Hot Water
- 1/2 Tbsp Dry Active Yeast
- 1/2 Tsp Honey (to feed the yeast)
