Keto Cabbage Dolma

Dolma is a classic Turkish dish with ground meat stuffed inside of vegetables or grape leaves. Today we show you our family recipe of dolmas with cabbage leaves, keto style of course!
Technique is super easy to follow. This is a recipe handed down from my Grandmother. This expert tutorial is all you need to make the best stuffed cabbage leaves, Dolma! These flavor-packed cabbage leaves are stuffed with a tantalizing mixture of meat, onion, and lots of spices.
Our version is Low Carb and Keto since we do not include the rice that is typically put into Dolma recipes.
The word Dolma, from the Turkish verb Dolmak, basically means "to be filled", referring to all sorts of stuffed foods from grape leaves (Yaprak sarma), cabbage leaves to stuffed tomatoes, zucchini, or even bell peppers.
The dish is originally found in the cuisines of the Turkic countries. Also neighboring countries and regions such as the Balkans, Greece, South Caucasus, Central Asia and Middle East have their own style of Dolmas.
