Keto Korean Fried Chicken

This is our own adaptation of a classic Korean Market Fried Chicken.
Since we have been doing the Keto diet, one of the things we missed most as a family is Korean-style fried chicken. So when we came across a great traditional recipe, we decided to experiment with some Keto substitutions for the batter.
We're super happy with how this came out, and we hope you will love it too!

  • 1 pound daikon or korean radish
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/3 cup keto sweetener
  • 1 tbsp salt
