Check out our home version of the classic Vietnamese Pho soup.
This soup is really super yummy and very very healthy.. When you are boiling your beef shanks make sure to keep adding boiled water. I boiled meat shanks (Ox Tail) like 5 hours and i add boiled water 3 times.
We used:
2 large beef shanks with bone and marrow Lots of water Roasted Garlic and Ginger Spices: Cinnamon, Chinese 5 Spice, Tom Yum sauce, Fennel Seeds, Cloves Fish Sauce Shoyu Broccoli Miracle Noodles Spaghetti style, 3 packages Bean sprouts and Red onion for garnish
All low carb and delicious!
